Some modules require bathroom scales - one scale for every 2 participants. If you plan to train up to 8 people at a time, you'll need 4 scales. The scales are an incredibly powerful part of the learning experience - participants can measure how much stronger they are when using the ergo work strategy, or simulate a specific pushing effort. We can help you source scales for about $25 each, or you can order them yourself at Amazon.ca. (Analog scales work much better for most of the activities than digital scales.)
