Micro-learning (Coaching plans for 5-minute hands-on ergo training)

Coaching plans allow supervisors, safety professionals, or JHSC reps to lead short, practical ergonomics training sessions. Run 5-10 minute sessions at your safety meetings, or gather your team together and run 6-10 of them in an hour! Each module includes:

  1. A poster showing the common and ergo work strategy, describing how the ergo work strategy helps, and when it should be used.

  2. The science to back it up.

  3. A step-by-step coaching plan to guide a facilitator through a 5-10 minute safety talk, including a script, activity instructions for participants (with photos for leader), and debriefing questions (and answers).

The ergo work strategies were identified by experienced workers and proven by experienced ergonomists.

The coaching plans were developed and piloted by ergonomists with advanced training in instructional design.

Materials are delivered by email as "read-only" documents. You agree to use them in-house at your local facility only. The fee is for a perpetual, single-site license.

INTRODUCTORY OFFER:

Purchase 12 or more modules for an audience of at least 20 people, and we will help you prove that the training was effective! Employees will complete a baseline and follow up, to quantify comfort, perceived productivity, quality, and employee engagement. We will compare their baseline and follow up scores in a free report.

To qualify for the free report, purchase 12 or more modules from any section in our store, and deliver to one group of 20 or more employees. Both surveys must be completed by 20 (or more) people to assure anonymity and to improve statistical power.
