Micro-learning kits

Coaching plans allow supervisors, safety professionals, or JHSC reps to lead short, practical ergonomics training sessions.

Run 5-10 minute sessions at your safety meetings, or gather your team together and run 6-10 of them in an hour! Scroll down to check out our current collections.

Each kit includes:

  • A poster showing the common and ergo work strategy, describing how the ergo work strategy helps, and when it should be used.
  • The science to back it up.
  • A step-by-step coaching plan to guide a facilitator through a 5-10 minute safety talk, including a script, activity instructions for participants (with photos for leader), and debriefing questions with answers.

All of our ergo work strategies were identified by experienced workers, and proven by experienced ergonomists.

The coaching plans were developed and pilot-tested by ergonomists with advanced training in instructional design.

When you complete your purchase, we will send you the material as "read-only" documents. You agree to use them in-house at your local facility only. The fee is for a perpetual, single-site licence.

INTRODUCTORY OFFER: Prove the value of microlearning!

Need to show how effective this approach is? Employees complete baseline and follow up surveys, to quantify comfort, perceived productivity, quality, and employee engagement. They also rate each kit on an attendance sheet. We summarize the ratings, and compare the baseline and follow up scores in a free report. You'll be able to show that ergo work strategy training improves employee comfort, productivity, quality, wellbeing, and, of course, their ability to identify the best way to perform a task.

To qualify for this free service, purchase 8 or more modules, and deliver all of them to one group of 20 or more employees. Both surveys must be completed by 20 or more people to assure anonymity and to allow statistical power.
