To complete a remote office ergo assessment, we start by sending a survey and video request (with detailed instructions and an example). An ergonomist spends about an hour on videoconference with the employee; we interview to understand concerns, observe working postures, and assist with making adjustments to the chair and/or work station. We write a report to summarize, and include links to recommended products where needed. The "process includes a follow up survey.
