To complete an on-site office ergo assessment, an ergonomist spends 1.5-2 hours with the employee, followed by report writing, typically on-site immediately following the assessment. The process includes a pre-assessment survey, interview, observations of employee at work, measurements of key dimensions, adjustments of chair, keyboard, mouse, and screen position, a detailed report with recommendations for employee and manager (including links to suggested products), and a follow up survey. We will contact you upon receipt of payment by email to schedule your assessment. Please note that mileage from our closest office (at $0.60/km round trip) and hst will be invoiced following the assessment.
