Our ergonomist brings all of the props, supplies, and prizes! Participants volunteer to play a familiar game under uncomfortable ("bad ergo") conditions, and then score their performance. (Up to 6 people can play at one time.)
They improve the working conditions ("good ergo") and re-score their performance. Over the course of the day, a leaderboard shows the top three "most improved" scores. How much does ergonomics affect comfort, productivity, quality, and employee engagement?
The fee is for one full day on-site. Mileage from the closest ergonomist's office will be charged after the session at a rate of $0.68/km. The first 50 participants get free Taylor'd Ergo sunglasses, and the "most-improved" score wins a prize.
"The ergo games days went extremely well. I don’t think there was a second of time where Callum wasn’t engaged with our Team Members. He was upbeat and engaging, and every team member I saw at his booth had a smile while they learned about ergonomics which is the ultimate goal for us."
