Move it! (Stretch, strength +) Site License
The ‘Move It!’© program image deck is a curated set of movement activities, including strength, stretch, balance, mobility, and vision exercises, hand-selected by our team of ergonomists.
When you license our package, we add your company name or logo to the images, and you receive this set of over 50 read-only slide images that you can share with employees.
Sprinkle these throughout the shift to improve comfort, productivity, health, and wellness!
When we receive your payment, we will contact you by email, to request the logo or company name as you'd like it to appear on the slides. We'll send you a pdf version of the slides, to share with employees.
We would:

▪ Send you a read-only (pdf) version of the presentation.
You would:
▪ Provide your logo or company name for insertion into the slides.
▪ Distribute the content to employees.
▪ Respect our copyright of the material, by ensuring that material is not copied or shared outside your facility. By purchase the license, you agree to honour our copyright.
Coach training:
This in-person train-the-trainer program supplements the “Move It!” program by proving to participants why moving throughout the day is important. It also helps prepare participants to coach and teach the activities to others, and become ‘movement advocates’ in your workplace.
We cover the following topics, all with “hands-on” application:

· - Strengthen
· - Balance
· - Mobility
· - Vision
· - Choosing the right “Move It!”
· - Becoming a great movement coach
This session is two hours in length and can be run up to 3 times in a day (for the same rate).
Mileage from our closest ergonomist's office (London, Mississauga, Hamilton, or Cambridge, ON) will be charged after the session at a rate of $0.68/km.If you are further than a 1-hour radius from our office, travel time and expenses may apply - ask for a quote.
Course materials are also charged afterwards at a rate of $8 per person, which include a poster/handout and multi-pen.
