In-Person Ergonomic Assessment
A comprehensive on-site ergonomic assessment of your workstation, performed by a certified ergonomist from Taylor'd Ergo. Ideal for office environments, home offices, and workplace injury prevention.
Assessment fee: $625.00 CAD + HST
How to Complete Your Order
In addition to the assessment, a mileage charge of $0.68/km (round trip) + HST applies based on travel from our nearest office to your location. Please follow the steps below to add the correct mileage to your cart.
Step 1 – Find Your Nearest Taylor'd Ergo Office
We have offices in the following locations. Choose the one closest to you:
- 📍 Cambridge – N1R 5S5
- 📍 London – N6M 0C5
- 📍 Mississauga – L4Z 2G2
- 📍 St. Thomas – N5P 0A0
- 📍 Newmarket – L3Y 4Z0
Step 2 – Calculate Your Round-Trip Distance
- Open Google Maps (or any map app).
- Enter the postal code of your nearest Taylor'd Ergo office as the starting point.
- Enter your workplace address as the destination.
- Select the route that avoids toll roads.
- Note the one-way distance in kilometres, then double it for the round trip.
Example: If the one-way distance is 45 km, your round-trip distance is 90 km.
Step 3 – Add Mileage to Your Cart
Add the Mileage for In-Person Assessments product to your cart and set the quantity equal to your round-trip km total.
Each unit = 1 km at $0.68/km + HST. For example, 90 km = quantity of 90.
⚠️ Important Notes
- If you are located more than 1 hour from our nearest office, OR if you need more than one assessment in the same location, please contact us for a custom quote before ordering: Carrie@TaylordErgo.com
- If mileage is not added at checkout, you will be invoiced separately after your assessment.
- HST applies to both the assessment fee and mileage.
